STM (Suchaya Thai Massage) requires a 24-hour minimum cancellation notice for all massage appointments. The 50% fee for the scheduled massage will be charged to the credit card on file for any cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice or a no-show for the appointment. Non refundable.

How to Cancel Your Appointment: To cancel your appointment, please call 772-324-8196. If you do not reach staff, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you would like to reschedule you appointment, Please leave your name and phone number. We will return your call promptly.

No Show Policy: A" no-show" is a patient who misses an appointment with out canceling it. A failure to be present at the time of a schedule appointment will be recorded in the patient's chart as a "no-show". Patient may be discharged from the practice.
